Meditation and Teachings of Yoga. Free meditation group. We will be discussing a variety of yoga texts, practice meditation, share experiences and support others in their meditation practices.  All Welcome. Wed Evenings at 7:30pm- mark your calender for the following dates:

  New Series Classes:
Gentle Yoga--A class for those that have injuries, health conditions, seniors, stiff and sore folks, or those that just prefer a gentle relaxing yoga class. Gentle stretching, breathing exercises and deep relaxation.  Monday evenings with Tracy 5:30-6:45pm. Begins Monday January 9th. Pre-register now. Six weeks $80

Meditation Level One
 Meditation is a powerful tool to change your life for the better. Perhaps you have heard or read about all the benefits of meditation but are wondering how to start? Wondering what meditation actually is? Or maybe you are practicing on your own but would like more support and learning. Make a commitment to yourself and your meditation practice, and enjoy the benefits of meditation. We will practice different techniques of meditation, practice some techniques to improve meditation, discuss meditation, and you will receive personal guidance on your own meditation practice. Saturdays 11:30am-12:30pm 1/28-2/11  Three weeks pre-register $75.

Fitness Flow (vinyasa) Yoga with Tracy
In this practice, yoga poses (asanas) are connected to each other in a flowing form, synchronized with the breathe. Fun and energetic!

Free Tai Chi/ Qi Gong Workshop with Master Hudson 
Tai Chi has been called "moving meditation" by some, and in Chinese medicine the practice is considered "preventive medicine". 
If you are wondering how Tai Chi and Qi Gong can benefit you,
please attend this free workshop. All welcome. Please wear comfortable, loose fitting clothes.

Kundalini Yoga For Prosperity and Gong Meditation with Katie Friese
Ready to try something different? In this evening workshop we will be practicing some Kundalini Yoga (no experience needed!) and enjoy the healing sound vibrations of a gong "bath" meditation which will be complimented by aromatherapy oils. A fun, transformational experience not to be missed!
