Reiki Level 1 Usui training is an introduction to Reiki. Also known as Reiki First Degree or Usui Reiki Level 1. It is designed for beginners and does not require any prior Reiki experience. The course covers the basics of Reiki, including the history and philosophy of Reiki, the principles of energy healing, and the practice of self-healing and offering Reiki to others.
The training includes 6-hour training, attunement as a level 1 reiki practitioner of the Usui tradition.  Attunement is a powerful process of receiving Reiki energy from a qualified Reiki Master. Upon successful completion of the course, participants receive a Reiki Level 1 Certificate.
